FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! all riders are required to wear a helmet.
Yes! The ride takes place rain or shine. If you choose not to ride due to the weather you can check-in at the registration desk and pick up our T-shirt and giveaways stay to enjoy the lunch, presentations and awards.
Registration and start times are as follows:
- 50-miles - Registration 8:00 AM/Start 8:30 AM
- 30-miles – Registration 8:00 AM/Start 8:30 AM
- 10-miles - Registration 9:00 AM/Start 10:30 AM
- 3-mile walk/ride- Registration – 10: AM/Start 10:30 AM
Please arrive in enough time to sign in, and enjoy a continental breakfast
No! Bike mechanics will not be available during the ride. Halter’s Cycles a sponsoring shop will be on site at the Community Center from 7:30 to 10:30 AM for bike check-ups, etc. In addition SAG (Safety and Gear Vehicles will have basic supplies such as tubes and pumps and can assist where needed.
Yes! The 50 and 30-mile riders will have 2 rest stops and the 10-mile riders will have 1. All rest stops will be well stocked with water, fruit, energy drinks and snacks.
Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
NO! There are no refunds, but you can make arrangements to pickup your T-shirt and Goody bag.

Every effort will be made to search for your registration. If we are unable to locate it and you have your confirmation number there will be no problem.
Unfortunately we are unable to hold your T-shirt and Goody bags. You should put them in your car prior to the start of the ride.
